This report was created in version 10.2 and supersedes the prior version at Who has seen this view? Workbook and View hits report. Make sure 'readonly' user access has been set up on your Tableau Server.
Make sure you Edit The Connection after opening so this workbook points to your Tableau Server because it will fail since it's pointing to a non-existent location. Naturally, you will need to use the username & password you used for your setup as described above.
Updated to include Site information and [slightly] better field names/descriptions. Tableau Server History tables and sheet removed because they aren't necessary and need to be set up differently according to how one would want to properly filter (e.g. by Site or by Project) and thus could cause confusing results if not set up correctly.
This report will display who looked at what workbook/view, last time they viewed the object, and how many times.
