Happy Monday everyone! I hope today has treated you all well as we gear up for another exciting week in the forums. To kick us off, let's take a look at today in history! Today in 1988 my favorite (NL) team the Chicago Cubs hosted their first night game after 74 seasons of day games. While the game was a 5-inning rain-out, the Cubs' relationship with night games provides an interesting debate even today.
Don't forget to buy your TC16 tickets - only one more week to get a $200 discount. Still can't decide if you should go? The website has been updated with all the sessions, so you can learn more about what you'll be learning about Learn | Tableau Conference 2016. It's also a great way to get to know your fellow community members!
Our marketing blogs have great feature overviews for Tableau 10! Check them out here: Business Intelligence Blog
We've got a new batch of Quick Fix articles in our Knowledge Base ready for consumption!
A huge round of applause to both Andrew Watson and Carl Slifer for having 11 responses marked as correct answers over the past week! Serious impressive! And a reminder to hit those "helpful" or "correct" buttons after getting help in our community.
Filtering by Gender shows 100%? How do I keep percentage of total? is this week's most talked about thread! Brittany Tapper was trying to calculate gender percentages but having trouble getting accurate results. Stephen Lavery stepped in with a calculation that worked but Joshua Milligan was able to explain the behavior occurring and give another valid calculation. Nice work! :-)
Last week's most viewed thread has been consistently popular for the past few years. Jonathan Drummey gives a helpful and simple overview of how to show Multiple Series On Line Graph. An oldie but a goodie!
Be on the lookout this week for some exciting Tableau stuff!
Also, Patrick A Van Der Hyde will be out conquering Mt. Rainier this week so expect delays on direct messages!
Enjoy your week!
