subscribe users to email subscriptions

Is there a way to add users (other than myself) to setup a subscription for users other than myself?

I want to email a particular workbook to a list of users every hour, but so far I have not found a way to just list the e-mail addresses I want to send to.

It appears that each user would have to go and click 'Subscribe' unless I'm just missing it..

I know that this looks like a familiar topic, but my scenario is a little different than the answers I've found.

What I have is a workbook in which the Y axis is a title, not a date or numeric value.

Is there anyway to add a background image to this graph?
