Disable single,multiple and Inclusive, exclusive option from filter when workbook is published.

I have published a workbook, everything is working how I expected it however when you right click on the top right of any filter it allows the user to change settings to and from single to multiple and inclusive and exclusive.

Can some please let me know how I can disable this?

Calculated field over a time period

Hi,

I am trying to calculate the imbalance of supply and demand over a time period for different products. The calculation works when I select all 5 the products. When I select 3 products it recalculates it based on the 3 products selected not the total number of products.

Can anyone help me so that it always calculates based on all the products rather than the selected products.

I have attached the Tableau workbook. I have created this in Tableau 7.
