Compare the percent of total for range of dates

Hello everyone,

I want to compare the percent of sales for each state using the range of dates with slider. For example, I want to be able to get the percentage difference in the sales for Nov-2011 to Feb-2012 compared to Nov-2010 to Feb-2011. (annual difference)
