Removing gray lines when using Tableau date levels

Hi Tableau Community,

I had a general question on the functionality of date levels in Tableau. I have pasted an example worksheet below. My question is whether or not it is possible to remove the gray lines between the years and have the data series be continuously connected (i.e. 2006Q4 connects with 2007Q1). I know that you can create calculated variables to mimic the view, but I was wondering if it is at all possible to still use Tableau's very easy date level functionality but just remove the gray lines and make the data continuous.

Hi Tableau Community,

I have published a Tableau workbook with around 10 tabs that I plan on rolling out within my whole company. My group would like to restrict access to certain tabs to only certain user groups, with the other tabs being general access. I am wondering if there's a way to do this? As a note, my group does not want to publish two separate workbooks (and thus create different access rights), which was a solution that I initially proposed.
