How do I construct a "where/if" calculation?

Hi all,

I am trying to create a calculated field which will essentially create a rental yield by area.

The calculation in laymans terms is the ((averageprice when rent)*12)/(averageprice when sale) I have attached a packaged workbook with sample data to help.

Any ideas all?

Adding Background Images

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with adding background images to charts that have date properties in Tableau 7.

When doing it with numeric axis' it works fine but not with date axis.

I followed the "Import the background image" which is a little different in Tab 7 but I can't see whats wrong.

Please find attached a sample workbook which illustrates my issue.

Can anyone please help!
