Dynamic formatting - removing decimal from one value

Hello! In the attached workbook, I have several impact types--the formatting is the same in four types, and the fifth needs to be different. I was able to set the format to be numbers with one decimal place, and add a prefix $ to the columns that should be in dollars. Now, my issue is that I want to remove the decimal point from employment, as this should read as a whole number. Please help!

Hi! I apologize if this has been covered, but I cannot seem to get my desired end result--

I have a table set up with counties on the left, and impact types on top as columns. 4 out of 5 columns are dollars, but I want one column to simply be units. Is this possible to do without creating another field?
