Filtering a dimension that [isnotmemberof] top n rank

Hello everyone!

I have a data source with the following:

Dimensions: Date, Customer Name, SKU

Measure: Amount invoiced

I want to see the best selling SKU's that [Customer Name] is NOT buying

I have created a set with the [TOP 40 SKU's] and I have created a [Is not buying filter] that states:

IF ISMEMBEROF("TOP 40 SKU's")

THEN 'hide'

ELSE 'show'

END

The problem is that I'm using [Customer Name] as a filter because I want to have a quick filter to select which customer's info I want to see. This filter automatically gets rid of all the SKU's that have [Amount invoiced]<0

By default, if the customer is not buying a certain SKU is not going to appear in the list. (Even thought I ask tableau to show me ALL the values when I drag [SKU] to the rows shelf)

So, is there a way to see all the SKU's? No matter if the [Amount invoiced]=0??

Or a way to see the SKU's that are best selling but the customer is not buying?

n stock items this customer is NOT purchasingView best selling, in stock items this customer is NOT purchasing
