Multiple values in a cacluated field

I'm new to Tableau and am struggling to replicate some of the standard calculations I do for survey analysis in Excel. I'm making progress but have run into a roadblock and I hope someone can help. The attached sample file contains simplified survey data. I need to calculate differences in response rates across demographic variables, in this example annual revenue. I need to retain visibility of the sub-sample sizes while seeking significant differences across revenue categories, in this case grouped into over and under $1bn. This example works as far as it goes, but I next want to filter the rows to hide responses below a specified point-difference theshold. That doesn't work because only one column of the difference calculation is calculated by the formula [Response%] - LOOKUP([Response%],1 ). As a result, the filtered results show only the <$1bn column (or the >$1bn colum if I reverse the formula to a minus one offset).

So the question is, how I can populate columns for both revenue groups with one formula?

Thanks

Ken
