How to maintain the % of total when filtering and apply this filtering to all worksheets?

Data : Turnover by product and by customer in each day.

Dashboard: Showing % product turnover of total turnover (in each day, by each customer)

I would like to do the graph of BigC and Tesco that show the % product turnover by total turnover in each day. When I do filter one or two product category, I expect that % of total turnover remain the same. (as graph)

I used calculated field "lookup(min([prod_lvl2]),0)". However, when I do the dashboard (BigC and Tesco graph), I cannot apply product category filter for all worksheet.

Please kindly advise how to apply filter for this % of total turnover for all worksheets in dashboard.
