Calculation/View HELP - Software Dev Ticket Ratio/Graph

Hey Everyone,

I'm having trouble with creating a partiular view and was hoping someone could help.

We are a software development company and we want to create a view to show the ratio of Tickets that were estimated vs. the tickets that were actually approved and were billable.

I've attached the data set.

So, each record consists of the ticket ID, type of ticket, the corresponding estimate ticket ID (value only present if it was an estiamted job), and the employee who worked on the ticket. If multiple people worked on the ticket, there is a row for each person. If an estimate was divided into more than one approved ticket, there are multiple rows.

Needless to say, the ratio/graph should not include the WORK - NO ESTIMATE tickets as there were not estimated by definition.

So, I cannot seem to devise a way to cleanly show the ratio of how many estimates were submitted vs. how many were actually approved and turned into billable tickets.

I would immensely apprectiate your advise/feedback on this.
