Automatically hide small n's?

We are reporting out education data by subgroup, and need to hide any data if the group size is smaller than 11. For example, if there are only 7 students who score low on the reading test, we have to hide the column to protect confidentiality. Does anyone know how to accomplish this in Tableau?
