Hi,

We have a Distributed environment setup on out tableau server with two workers and a primary server , we recently started receiving email alerts with

Msg :

Standby data engine service on '10.1.2.12 'is DOWN.Failing over to '10.1.2.12'. at Wed Jul 16 21:20:34 UTC 2014.

I found a KB article saying to upgrade to 8.1.7 (Message "Standby data engine service on ... is DOWN" in Windows Event Logs | Tableau Software). But we are not in a position to do an upgrade .

I know that the above article is being updated recently, but in the previous versions of article there was a work around

asking to update the configuration from 10MB to 40 MB or something like 1000 default to 40000

I don't have the steps to do that .Can some one please suggest on this .
