Filter Date Formulas

Hi Guys,

I am new to Tableu and normally use SSRS so any support for a beginner would be welcomed.

I need to filter a date from a field called Closed Date to this year and this month. This is what I have:

=(YEAR(TODAY()) = YEAR([Close Date])) AND (MONTH(TODAY()) = MONTH([Close Date]))

I appreciate any support you can offer
