Multiple colors in Aligned Bar Chart, two dimensions, without stacking

I have an aligned bar chart that has two dimensions on the columns and a single measure on the rows. The first dimension is product grouping and the second dimension is year filtered to the past three years. So basically the chart shows three bars (years) for each product category. What I want to do though, is to have each of the three years have different colors across the different product categories. So for example 2008 Red, 2009 Blue, 2010 Green. Right now, they all have the same color.

When I move the year to the Marks->Color field, I get the color effect I want, but the graph changes to a stacked bar. I don't want a stacked bar, I want the three years to show side by side.

Hopefully this makes sense, and someone can help.
