How to update the row filter after importing a large dataset due to the 100K row limit?

When I import a dataset with more than 100K rows, Tableau Public prompts me to create a filter to reduce the data size.

Is it possible to adjust this filter at a later time? (I.e., I filtered the large dataset down to just last week's data, played with the data, but now want to look at the data two weeks ago. Can I now change the filter?)

I suppose the alternative is to filter the dataset before I import the data into Tableau - though it would be nice if I can do it within Tableau directly.

Any comments or links to previous discussions on this (which I could not find) would be helpful. Thanks.
