Difference in row count for 2 date fields

I am new to tableau. I m trying to find difference between 2 rows in a table based on the from and to date. How to acheive this. Any help is appreciated.

Data is laid out in this format

Date Row count

10/1 100

10/2 200

10/3 100

I want to find the difference in row count for any 2 dates that I pick.
