Tableau Reports Performance

Here I have a requirement to build a report with 16 fields, 15 Filters and out of its 12 filters should bring Relevant values in the filters, up on publishing the report on Server, it is taking 1.5 to 2 minutes to display the report. Is there any way we can improve the performance of the report.

Tableau Reports on IPAD

I have published a Report on Tableau Server and when tried to open report on IPAD, the report begins loading on IPAD and by the time it completes the loading the report closes, not sure what will be the reason.

Sorting date in MM DD YYYY format based on Year

I have a date field

in the table in MM DD YYYY format upon selecting sort, it is sorted based on Month

, but requirement Is to sort date based on Year.
