Data sorting problem

Hi,

I have created simple report which is attached with this. Here I am not able to sort data on rows. because my user want sorting on each row but could not able to sort..

For example on row shelf i am having below things.

ID EmpName ManagerName StartDate EndDate

Now in this i am able to sort on ID column only. but rest 4 columns sorting is not working.

Please give idea.

How can we get rid of the leading apostrophe?

HI,

I have developed report in tableau and trying export to excel, but after exporting to excel, each cell contains apostrophe as prefix.

eg in tabelau date is 04/05/2012. but when i am exporting this into excel it display as apostrophe i.e. '04/05/2012. How can we get rid of the leading apostrophe?
