Top and Bottom N within category

Hi

I'm having some issues finding the top and bottom N within a category.

I have followed the guide (Finding the Top N Within a Category | Tableau Software) to find the top N within a category, and have also looked at (http://community.tableau.com/thread/124860?start=0&tstart=0), which describes how to find the top and bottom N.

However, my issue is that previous topics are focused on finding the top and bottom N within the whole data set, and not in a subset of the data.

I've created a dummy dataset where I'm trying to find the top 3 and bottom three performing regions within a country, and then present these on one chart.

I have attached a dummy workbook to illustrate my issue. I'm trying to get to an end point where I'll be able to filter by country, and then show the top 3 and bottom 3 preforming regions in each.

Thanks

Synchronise axis on different sheets on the same dashboard

Hi

I have created a dashboard with a number of charts, and I would like to synchronise the Y axis on charts so that it is easier for the user to read-across the different metrics.

In the dummy example I have attached, I have a chart of revenue and a chart of costs for a number of different companies, and I would like the axis to match, so that it is easy to see the proportion of costs vs. revenue. I cannot fix the axis as the companies have very different revenues and costs, and it would be hard to read if I fixed the axis to their maximum values.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Robin
