shapetotab question

I successfully used the shapetotab program to create a polygon filled map. But when I got ready to publish to the web, I get the "maximum million rows" error. I realize that's due to all the points that are created in the .csv file. So what I can I do? Short of connecting to a mapserver, of course. Thanks for any suggestions.
