Can server backup program (TSM – Tivoli Server Manager) cause any conflicts with the Tableau Server installation base

For Tableau Server, if we use a server backup program (TSM – Tivoli Server Manager) will it cause any conflicts with the Tableau Server installation base. Meaning, if in Production we have the install folder as D:\Tableau, and we include that folder in the appropriate TSM backup rotations, will it or could it cause a potential file locking issue on anything within the D:\Tableau directory structure?
