Remove whitespace in PDF output

When I create a PDF of a dashboard, I get whitespace at the top and bottom of the page in the final output, but the dashboard space is completely full. How do I get rid of this extra blank space and fit the content to the page?

I've tried the option that was previously suggested by using "Unspecified" paper size but it doesn't do the trick.

Conditionally Format Individual Cells

I would like to try and conditionally format individual cells to highlight key indicators in a crosstab similar to an Excel table. Is there any way to highlight a cell to draw one's eye to that specific value? Or is there a way to format and highlight ONLY cells above a specific value in a row or column?
