The Business Intelligence group I am in are about to roll out dashboards to a big internal company audience, could anyone provide the approach they used to roll out or publish their dashboards?

The analytic group I am in consists of three Tableau Desktop users with publishing to Tableau Server. We are at the stage of rolling out the dashboards for our intended audience (Executives, Managers, Team Leads). This audience will be about 50-75 people and what I would like to know is how other people or groups roll out their dashboards or if they use a type of publishing plan.

Is there a way to copy and paste displayed data in Tableau 7?

I have a created dashboard and a user would like to be able to copy and paste the displayed comments from on of the sections of the dashboard. I tried to copy and paste, but Tableau doesn't allow it. Is there another way to copy and paste the displayed data?
