Custom formatting a Single Drop-Down Value - (All)

In a single drop-down value I have (All), then the list of specific drop downs. In my case, the specific drop downs are countries in APAC region. I would like to replace (All) with 'APAC' in the drop down value. Is this possible?

My reason is that I have headers on my dashboard linked to the name of the drop down values and (ALL) looks funny.

Japan Geographic - adding in postal codes?

I've been analyzing hospital data in Japan. Tableau does geographic mapping at the Prefecture level (I call prefecture 'state' in my data) - but I'm trying to also go deeper by postal code.

Does Tableau recognize postal codes in Japan? Is there a particular format I need to load the postal code (eg., 965-0042)? I know I can do this for Australia, US, UK - but am trying to figure this out for Japan.
