Creating one alias for multiple fields

Hi,

I'm having a problem creating one alias to represent multiple fields/names. For instance, I want "minority" to represent African-American, Asian, Native American and so forth. What is the best way to do this?

Hello, I'm having an issue with aligning sheets on a dashboard. Is there a way to resize each sheet independently so that others aren't resized with it?
