Problems refreshing data from Sharepoint via OData

Hi everyone,

I have created a dashboard from a Sharepoint site (i.e. OData connection). When refreshing the data it works well from Tableau Desktop. However, when I publish the dashboard onto my company's Tableau server, it will not run Auto Refresh (nor manual). I'm having to refresh the data manually from my laptop and re-publish. Ideally, I would want this to be done automatically (at night) or if a user clicks the refresh button.

From some brief talks I've had, it may be due to the way credentials are presented from the Tableau to the Sharepoint server. I have however embedded my Windows username and password, and still no luck. See attached for error screenshot.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
