Counting the unique number of instances a measure is contained within a data set

I am trying to count the unique number of instances a dimension, called Fund Alias, which is stored as a string , appears in a given data set. My data is already filtered by Customer and I am trying to identify how many unique "fund Alias" appear within the data set. I have tried a combination of table calculations and Count functions but am stuck. Any suggestions please?

How do I sum only postive numbers in a given column of data? I am basically trying to replicate the SUMIF function from Excel.
