Create distinct count where another column = 1

I'm trying to create a Calculated Field that gives me a distinct count of values in column A (Calculation1), when column B (ISCURRENT) is equal to 1.

It would be something like this:

TOTAL(COUNTD([Calculation1])) WHERE [ISCURRENT]=1

But obviously that won't work. It's a single calculation in a dashboard, and would get modified based on a slider filter.

Any help would be appreciated.
