Mapping from - to country data

I'm trying to map information from one country to another. For example, if there are 17 shipments from South Africa to Kenya, 5 shipments from Ethiopia to Kenya, 7 shipments from Kenya to Israel and 3 shipments from Indonesia to Israel, how can I show that data? I'd like to also find a way to "weight" the lines using various thicknesses or colors to demonstrate differences in volume. Is there a way to do this in Tableau?

Thanks,

Danielle
