Navigating multiple webviewers with 1 selection? (across multiple dashboards)

So that's possibly the worst shot at a title ever but here's the jest of what im trying to do.

I've got a bar chart in dashboard 1. I click on an item in the bar chart and the viewer points to the desired file on my webserver. (using a dashboard action to accomplish this)

Here's what I cant seem to get to work. I have 2 web viewers on dashboard 2. I create two additional actions (1 for each webviewer) that use the bar chart from dashboard 1 and on select navigate the 2 webviewers on dashboard 2 to the desired files on my web server.

At this point when I make a selection from bar chart on dashboard 1, webviewer on dashboard 1 functions correctly, but webviewers on dashboard 2 do nothing.

Anybody tried navigating multiple webviewers with 1 selection?
