Maps stopped working

All maps on the server stopped working They just display blank pages. They work fine on the desktop bu once uploaded they again show blanks.

Any idea why?

If I have a simple data set with transaction id, country, customer, revenue and cost and I would like to filter the data for country USA, group my customers into profitable and unprofitable ones and show sum of revenue and cost. Is there a way to it in Tableau?

I have been working with it for some time and the challenge is that I want to show data not by customer but for a country by customer grouping that is based on each customers sum of revenue and cost over the period show in the window. If a user is looking at the current year by month, we take total of the current year's revenue and cost for each customer, figure out profitability, group each customer into profitable or unprofitable and show these groupings with revenue, cost month by month.

Filtering on total

I have a table that has volumes and other metrics by quarter with a grand total. I want to filter out the items that had a minimum grand total for the visible period that is set by the user. However, when I create calculated column as RUNNING_SUM(SUM([VOL])) and give user the options to use it as a filter, the values that are bellow the filter levels disappear, but the actual records and the totals remain.

So basically we show this as a top record and I want the user to be able to filter only where volume is greater then $100

When I create the calculated field RUNNING_SUM(SUM([VOL])) and set it as a filter with minimum value 100, the numbers inside disappear but the record itself and the totals remain as per image.

Any help?

How to sort by difference in last month from previous month, while showing 6M of data?

I am trying to show sales by month for the past 6th months as well as MoM % increase.

I always want the data to be sorted in descending order by latest month % growth, however, I am also trying to show 6 months of sales and % growth to give some trend perspective. I cannot seem to be able to figure out how to always sort by latest month % growth. (Or show top 10 sales regions)

This article does not seem to have very clear instructions.

I got lost at "Create a Tableau set for this new calculation and call it month sorter." Create a set with what?
