Hi!

A recent problem I have noticed in workbooks that use Extensions, is that for some reason Tableau Server sends three GET requests to our webserver, of which two always fail:

There are 2 extensions loaded (pm and toolbox). They eventually always load just fine, however our internal logging consistenly shows multiple requests being fired and some of them failing.

Users do not experience any problems whatsoever. Is this on our part or is this some functionality of Tableau Server?

Cant really add a sample workbook/extensions because of private data.

EDIT: it seems this only happens in Google Chrome
