Creating Pie chart from a grand total

In my data I have employee ID, date, and metric.

I want to know every time an employee has a metric less than 7 so I added a formula titled metric <7.

I converted the date to a string and put this in the columns. I hid all of the weeks and I am just showing the grand total. I have a relative date so that I can select which weeks I want.

If I have 2 weeks selected than an employee could be below 7  0,1, or 2 times.

      This calculation is working properly.

The issue I am having is converting this into a pie chart. I want the number of times a metric could be less than 7 and show the count of employees that fall into that grouping.

For the above example of 2 weeks selected, the pie chart should show 0,1,2 and the tooltip should show the number of employees who fall into each grouping.

If you have 5 weeks selected, the pie chart should show 0,1,2,3,4,5 and the tooltip should show the number of employees who fall into each grouping.
