Sorting segments with stacked bars by value breaking the filter

Hey guys. I followed the steps on this post https://kb.tableau.com/articles/howto/sorting-segments-within-stacked-bars-by-value

So my goal is to create a sorting / top N filter for each bar in my stacked bar chart and this post solved the problem.

In this sample worksheet I created. The first tab "Stacked Bars" - using Region as attribute shows the ideal results of sorting the largest components of each bar on the top and smallest at the bottom. The second one is the normal sorting which didn't give back the "correct" sorting in my opinion.

But making the dimension I put on the color details into an attributes breaks my hover over filter. I hope to hover over the segments and filter my 3rd sheets to give the details of sales for each specific colored segments.

Is there anyway to solve the problem to sort the bar without breaking other things?

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated!!
