    How to add filters which are being used by End Users in Complex Dashboard with multiple workbook?

      I have a complex dashboard which consist of multiple sheets acting as an individual KPI measure. I would like to have a dropdown selection on entire workbook (global filters) and dashboard level filters as dropdown (local filters). I am willing to have the UI shown in picture below:

      I would like to have these user friendly dropdown on dashboard "Dash-KPI-All". I am planning to have multiple dashboards in this workbook. And global filters should be applicable to all the dashboards in this workbook. How to achieve this? What are the possible ways to achieve this? I have attached the workbook sample as well.
