    Figuring out if someone called more than once

      I am trying to create a calculated field that will show me whether or not a caller dialed in only once and never got answered or called in multiple times and eventually the call was answered.

       

      The data I get returned from my query is as follows:

       

      • Caller (this field just lists the caller ID)
      • Date (just shows the date the caller dialed into the system)
      • Time (shows the time the caller dialed into the system)
      • Call Progress (lists if the call was either Answered or Unanswered)

       

      I just want to know how many calls got unanswered per date and how many called in multiple times before getting answered per date.

       

      Any help with this would be appreciated!
