If so, then just drag Measure Names to the color card, then remove any measures from the Measure Values shelf that you don't want to show. Then move the Measure Values data item to the rows shelf. See attached.

Many thanks for your answer. Yes this gives you the visibility of Denominator related lines but not the practice count lines. They are 2 different scales.
Would you be able to separate these two types out to make a dual axis sort of method to synchronic in the end? That way we can represent both scales separately in the axis.
Or any other alternative way to present this data in Tableau will be most welcome.
Oh I see. You'd need a dual axis for this. The problem is that when you use Measure Names and Measure Values, you can't specify different measures for the different axes. Any chance you can pivot your data? If so, there may be something we can do. Another option might be to just have two separate charts. In my opinion, having two scales on a single chart can be very confusing, so perhaps just put two separate charts side-by-side would work.
