Hi Pauline,
Could you hide the unnecessary columns and then re-extract the data source?
Thanks,
Mavis

Pauline Tisseyre Feb 6, 2019 1:47 PM (in response to Mavis Liu)Hi Mavis,
I'm using the other measures in other worksheets... if I hide them at the data source level, I won't be able to use them for my other worksheet, right?
Thanks.

Hi Pauline,
Yes, so for this particular crosstab you can use one data source with the 4 fields, whereas with the other views you can bring in a new data source (blending) and then build your other views using this other data source.
Thanks,
Mavis

You can convert all other measures into dimension. This way they will not appear in 'Measure name' field. But you will be able to use them as measure in other sheet.

5. Re: Set a filter with Measure Names
Sumit Mangla Feb 6, 2019 2:32 PM (in response to Pauline Tisseyre)This can be achived using parameter
You create a parameter with all possible values and 1 extra value as All
Create a caluclated culumn based on parameter values
E.g.
IF Parameter = 'Reg' then [Reg]
Else if Parameter = 'Daily Rev.' Then [Daily Rev.]
Else All
End
Use this new calc in your report to get the desired result, if you post the workbook I can quickly update it as per your req.
Hope this helps

Pauline Tisseyre Feb 8, 2019 11:44 AM (in response to Sumit Mangla)Hi Sumit!
That would be great if you can show me how to set up the parameter. I am still fairly new to Tableau and I'm a bit confused with the parameter setups.
Attached is the workbook.
Thank you!
