Same name appear in two headings, trying to combine them into one and then rank according to one category while showing the other by the side

      Hi everyone!

I am trying to create a comparison and rank two different categories in Tableau.

If in my data set, both my buyers and sellers have the same names, but are listed separately:

      BuyerAmount spentSellerAmount earned
      Tom150Tom300
      Mary200Mary10
      John10John30
      Will50Will50
      Dan100Dan40
      Dan70

I would like my outcome in Tableau to show up in this order:

      NameAmount spentAmount earned
      Mary20010
      Tom150300
      Dan100110
      Will5050
      John1030

Meaning that I am hoping to combine the names in Seller and Buyer and then rank it according to the amount spent, while on the side it can also list out the amount earned by the person. I am able to show the data and rank them separately by amount spent and amount earned, but not sure how to put them side to side by the rank is also account to the ranking of the amount spent.

Hope some of your could help. Many thanks!

      Best,

      Jon
