Finding the max of a table calc

I have two challenges that I'm facing in regards to table calculations. In the attached workbook, I've created a simple table calculation by specific dimensions, in this case, YEAR(Order Date), to display the YOY difference in sales by month (i.e. January 2017 to January 2018). I added ABS() around this table calculation by editing this in the shelf in an attempt to identify the most significant change regardless of whether or not it was an increase or a decrease in sales.

My second challenge is to display the month in which the most significant change occurred in a string format on another sheet, who's purpose is to quickly call out users where this change occurred. So something like:

"November observed the most significant change in Sales in 2018"

      I'm using Tableau 2018.1
