How to create a custom column for sorting data, without modifying data sources

Hi everybody! I present myself, I am Samuele and I have just started experimenting with tableau.

I want to use it for my data analytics job and I have a question for you:

Let's say I have a database with names and dates in which each person ate pizza, and I need the column "Order" (e.g. Sam had his 1st pizza on 25 Dec 2018, his 2nd on 10 Jan 2019, and so on...)

      NameDateOrder
      Sam12/01/20193
      Joe15/12/20181
      Ben10/10/20181
      Sam10/01/20192
      Sam25/12/20181
      Luke11/11/20181
      Joe

      24/01/2019

      2
      Mary02/02/20181
      Sam23/01/20194
      Mary01/01/20192

I need to create a measure in data source, so that for each single person I obtain the column "Order": in this way, I would be able to compare many people's behavior at a glance, without worrying about dates.

I know how to do this in excel, but I would like to compute this directly in Tableau, without need of manually editing databases.....is this possible?

      Many thanks for your help!!!
