Not sure the cause of this and I also don't have 2018.3 to check. However I got a thread that might help you.

I was able to get it opened. Since the main error seemed to be the density-color, and since Tableau files are actually .xml files, I opened the .twb file in a text editor (I'm talking about the .twb in your zip file, not the standalone .twbx file you attached).
I did a search for any line with "density-color" and only one came back. This one:
"<encoding attr='density-color' palette='tableau-map-temperatur' type='interpolated' />".
I deleted that line and saved the file. I was then able to open it in Tableau.
This really helped- good advise for all the Tableau- people looking for the same solution -
