Have you got some dummy data in the format that you want to use ?
The format looks a bit like a histogram, so you might want to try creating bins in order to get the data the way you want (but I have a feeling it won't do the <30 and >80 so you might need to do something on top of the bins)

Mine wouldn't necessarily be in even bins like my colleague's data, so I don't know that mine would be a histogram. I'd hopefully just use individual values, and still try to group the lower and higher outliers. In this sample data, I managed to get the lower and upper numbers grouped, but in doing so it turned it into a Dimension so I can't add a reference line.
