    Calculation on Grand Total

    NAYANA MADHEKAR

      Hi

I have attached the workbook where I want to do a calculation on the Row Total, not sure how to use Grand Total.

It has to be a condition:

      40HRS or more = 100% 35 to 40 = 80% Below 35 = 0%

HOw do I use Grand Total in calculated field? or is there an alternative to calculate Row Total first then use other calculated field to fill the above condition?

          Hi Nayana,

Not perfect but a find below my "quick fix" as reference below and stored in attached workbook version 2018.2

          quick fix.jpg

          1. M1. Total:

if {fixed [Employee Name you are auditing?]:sum([FT) Does the planning affect?])}>=40 then 1

elseif ({fixed [Employee Name you are auditing?]:sum([FT) Does the planning affect?])}<40

and {fixed [Employee Name you are auditing?]:sum([FT) Does the planning affect?])}>=35) then 0.8

elseif {fixed [Employee Name you are auditing?]:sum([FT) Does the planning affect?])}<35 then 0

          END

          2. M2. Display:

if size()<>1 then sum([FT) Does the planning affect?])

          elseif size()=1 then sum([M1. Total]*100)

          END

          3. Drag required objects to the indicated locations.

          Hope it helps.

          Regards,

          Norbert
