It depends on what you really want to do/see.
Currently, your formula filters records where Rev is NULL AND Sales=0, so it's not filtering anything at all.
If you want to filter records where Rev is NULL OR Sales=0, that would be ISNULL([Rev]) or [Sal] = 0
On the other hand, if what you want to do is show blanks or zeroes instead of NULL for Rev, then you need one of these calculations:
IFNULL(STR([Rev]),"") ... but be careful with this one because it won't aggregate - blank is a string not a number
The other possible issue with your viz is that Rev is under dimensions rather than measures. I'm not sure that's what you intended, so you may want to right-click and convert to measure.
You may want to use Aliases on [Rev]
and change the Null to the space.
I have used IFNULL([Rev],0) and actul revenue made it as disabled
Hmm... it worked OK for me. But I did notice that you've chosen not to "add up" your Rev amounts... instead, they're listed discretely.
I've attached a workbook with Rev as an aggregated sum and also as a discreet value, and NULL is zero using my calculation.

Yuri has answered the question - have you tried his solution ?
Yes I have used IFNULL([Rev],0) this one as suggested by Cathy.
and I liked Yuri solution on this post as well.
