KPI Icons In just a single row

    Daniel Ferreyra

      Greetings Community,

I'm trying to do a KPI chart for Safe Days. Which is very simple in fact. The chart has just two rows: "Accidents "and "Safe Days". I'm willing to show (in the Accidents Row) a green tick if there has been 0 accidents, else a red cross. But the icons are underneath the values. In other words: How can I put them( icons) to the side of the values and just appear in the Accidents Row?

IF Sum([Accidentes])=0 THEN "safe"  else "unsafe" END

I've already read about the "Container position Method" but i don't get it quite well. I attach the progress I've made.

      I would appreciate your help.

          Daniel,

I'm not sure if this will work for your true setup,

but you could try pivoting the Accidents and Safe Days into one column.

Then the value label would be:

          IF CONTAINS(ATTR([Pivot Field Names]),"Acc")

          THEN SUM([Pivot Field Values])

          ELSE COUNTD([Pivot Field Values])

          END

          And the shape would be:

          IF CONTAINS(ATTR([Pivot Field Names]),"Acc")

          THEN

              IF [Aggregated Value]=0 THEN "safe"

              ELSE "unsafe"

              END

          END

I changed the alignment of the text to be on the side of the shape.

To get the shapes just in the accident row, I colored the null shape for the Safe Days row

to be the same as the background, but it will show up if hovered over.

That can be blocked with a floating blank over the Safe Days row.
