Are you able to the view the dashboards like normal on the server? Do you have the correct permissions to download?
Thanks for your reply! Yes, I am able to view the dashboards, and yes, I have a creator license with full downloading permissions.
I think report is move to different folder or you might deleted. Check the URL correctly and cross check with Admin to validate proper link int he Tableau.
Also, There is a chances you might not have proper permissions.
Did you check if the URL is correctly structured?
