I'm not sure if the workbook you attached is the one you intended, as there are no bar charts in this workbook.
Your circles are not the same size on your maps because in the second worksheet you have put manufacturer on the size shelf and the circles will resize accordingly.
I was going to suggest utilizing the new feature under the dashboard menu "Show Grid" to help with more precise sizing.
Mmh okay, yes I know there aren't any bar charts but this circle forms. So generally even I'm using the same dimensions and will get different results (e.g. maths function) I can't control the size by parameter? I have to set it by hand?
I'm still not sure exactly what you're trying to accomplish. You can put a measure or a dimension on the size shelf, so you could size marks quantitatively (small sales = small circle) or qualitatively (consumer sales = small circle, retail sales = big circle).
From there, the actual size of the circles can be adjusted using the size slider, which adjusts the size of both marks relatively.
Or you can click the down arrow in the upper right of the size legend, select "Edit sizes" and then get more specific with the advanced settings:
